Karidon and Ruthy wanted to create something to help keep each other accountable and GROW in the areas (we like to call them buckets) of our Faith, our Fitness, and our Business for the last quarter of this year. To finish STRONGER than we began and have a crazy headstart to 2023.
The more we got talking about it, we knew in our spirit that more Coaches needed this too. We know that there is no competition in the Kingdom and the more we can ALL flourish, the more the Kingdom flourishes.Â

Bi-Weekly Zoom Group Coaching Calls
Okayyy as coaches, you know this is where the MAGIC HAPPENS! Coaching happens, new ideas get birthed, new levels get unlocked, wheels get turning. You know it. You've experienced it, now here's the chance to take it to a new level and FINISH STRONG together as Coaches. Karidon and Ruthy have both seen massive success in these areas and want to help you achieve your goals as well.
Join-Us God/Work Time & Done-With-You Workouts via Zoom
You have the option to be on zoom with us as a group during that time. Time spent with God, journaling, reading, filling that bucket. Work time - whatever that looks like for you (obviously not while you're on sessions with clients - just business GROWTH activities) and working out together. We already do these things each day, so we figured we’d do it together over zoom (individually) and help each other out.
It will be your own work/god/fitness time and you will be doing your own thing while everyone else is also doing their own thing while being on zoom (this is huge for accountability) - but we will also open up a period of that time for question and answers or support/guidance. (This is similar to the office hours concept if you’re familiar with that)
2 1:1 Coaching Sessions with Karidon and Ruthy
As a Coach, you KNOW the value these bring. And this is where you can really go deep on what's holding you back from achieving the results that you desire. Karidon and Ruthy are high level Coaches who get their clients RESULTS. (Which is also why they've seen the financial success that they have)Â
IN- PERSON VIP DAY
Okay now, let’s talk about this. This is for the BALLERS, okay? Like, you’re IN-IT and want everything that there is to soak out of this. We see you, girl! We are those kinds of people too! You will fly out to Ohio to have a VIP day with Ruthy, herself. You’ll have a day full of prophetic ministry, creative strategic planning and business consulting, a TRE (trauma release exercise) session, fine dining, AND a professional photo shoot with hair and makeup! (Holy moly) Get it, girl! So basically, you're the baller that will be walking away feeling free and on fire after having a fun filled day with Ruthy, fresh business ideas and a PLAN.
