Why Stepping Into Royalty?
Hey there! I’m Karidon.
I’m a wife and mom of three kids. I’m the owner of Karidon Roundy Coaching and I have an insane passion to help teenage girls step into their true God-given potential. To step into ROYALTY like she's designed to be.
I used to really struggle with my identity, who I was and why I was even here. I hated my body, had an extremely unhealthy relationship with food which left me feeling empty. I felt totally lost. I struggled to find my joy, happiness and I definitely was not operating from a place of energy in abundance.
Once I became a certified master level life coach, I quickly started to realize I had a gift and anointing for working with teen girls. The results and transforamtion they were experiencing in their lives was insane.
In todays world, things are amplifying. Teens are more confused now than ever. In who they are, how to navigate what's going on inside their head and how to truly love themselves.
I'm making it my mission to change lives. To change generations. And it's got to start here. With the younger generation. In YOUR own home.

Module One - The Foundation: In this module, she will learn the power of her thoughts. What's really there that's driving her behavior and why it's important to her in her life today.
Module Two - The Why: In this module, she will learn WHY her brain does what it does. She will learn on a deeper level how her brain works and have awareness around why she thinks the way she thinks.
Module Three - Getting To Work: Here, she will learn specific tools and strategies to live in a better state emotionally. She will also learn how to change her thoughts if they aren't giving her the results she desires in her life.
Module Four - You're Not Alone: In this module, we're going to take things deeper with specific scenarios that most teen girls deal with on a regular basis. She will have a deeper/more visual understanding how this process works and how powerful it really can be in her life.
Module Five - ROYALTY: In module 5, we're going to dig into the word ROYALTY and what that means for her. She will learn who she is and how to walk it out. Have the thoughts/beliefs to put it into play each day.
Module Six: The final module is all about how to scale this thing to the next level. This is a simple module that is packed with what she needs to do next to really go bigger and deeper with the tools and strategies she's learned in the previous 5 modules. #GameChanger
